Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your swimwear is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still has all tags and hygiene protective stickers attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
